Project general description:
First blockchain-based platform to promote carbon dioxide offset from the atmosphere.
It generates a market between actors that develop sustainable activities (CO2e reducers) with actors whose activities emit CO2e and need to compensate for this imbalance.
Technical description:
Analysis, development and implementation of systems and applications (on chain and off chain) that make up Biotoken’s IT infrastructure.
The main modules are: a native mobile application for Android and iOS that allows the authentication of users (self-custodial & non-custodial) developers of “sustainable activities” and their respective upload of information to request the PoR (Proof of Removal) certificate , “polluting” and “investor” users, who will be able to enter the market to participate in the TCOE economy, view issued certificates, etc.
The issuance of an ERC-20 token, through the development of smart contracts that allow the transfer of assets between the different actors, the validation and multi-signature approval of the validating users, a seller contract that allows the purchase / sale of the tokens, and the issuance of a non-fungible certificate with the ERC-721 standard that guarantees the elimination of carbon, and its respective value in tokens.
Finally, an API/Backend module that allows managing all the information and business rules outside the chain.
